Spotted: Post-prom fever has hit the city centre, crowds of teens seperating off into their limos and party buses, on their way to their respective after balls.

Spotted: Prom Night 2008, and everyone's pulling out the stops.

Ahh prom, the night where the girls look glam and the guys look fab. So far, everything's going to plan. The dress is perfect, the shoes are ready, the hair and makeup is booked and the car's paid for. Of course, that doesn't stop a little prom drama happening all around.

Just got home from the High School Musical stage show, and it was really good! Like, better-then-I-expected good lol.

The guy that played Troy, Anthony, he went to my school last year! Freaky huh? He was a really good Troy too. Of course, like all good movies-gone-shows, there's low points too.


That was it really, but the show was amazing, wish I could go back tomorrow night and see closing night and the other actors!

Wish I could've bought more of you along!

Rawr. First update in awhile! Yeah..Not a lot happening around here, except school.

Oh! But the Heroes season 1 finale, How to Stop an Exploding Man, aired here on Monday! W00t! =D So now the season's offically over here in NZ, be warned: a huge Heroes spam is going to be posted throughout here xP Icons, drabbles, banners..Whatever I havent posted already.

And here's the first one! Here's a drabble I wrote for Claire/Nathan fatherly-daughter bonding the other night, based on me and my dad in the car when coming home from dropping my friend off at her house. Enjoy!

Erm..Yes. Maria ( roadtripper666) decided she would tag me with this thing-thing, "Eight Things About You" meme. God knows what it is, but I got nothing better to do then obey her command! xP

1) I'm an obsessive fangirl. I like something, then I google it, then I imdb it, then I livejournal it...And once i've found icons, changed my msn name to suit the new obsession (in this case, Heroes, and POTC) i'm addicted. All I do is talk about it (with the odd guest appearance from SPN) and Maria knows this for a fact. Art History is full of HeroesHeroesHeroesSupernaturalHeroesHeroesEmoFringeHeroesSupernatural. -cough- Uh..I think you get it.

2) I don't listen to the radio. All my ipod music, all my itunes music, everything, is from TV shows and/or movies. I only hear stuff like Justin Timberlake and Gwen Stefani through my friends, then, should I like it enough, I download it. Most music I have is featured on my fav tv shows or movies.

3) I have more then one name. More then two, actually. More then three, even. All with different meanings that are likely to get weird looks from people who don't get it. Right, shall I list them? I think I shall.

Kristie(birth name), Kimi, Kurisuchie, KiKi, Original Grumpy, Shegim, Dean, Keely, Peter, Kimilious, Kimikitty, Kimi-mini, Kimmers, Sharpay.

I think that's all of them O_o;; if you want to know what they mean, just ask away!

4) I have three cats. Tabby, Smokey and Raja. Yes, Raja as in Raja the tiger from Aladdin. Raja is also known as Kitten Poo, as when he was a little baby kitten he smelt like poo after he..Well..Pooped. xP Don't ask. I'm weird.

5) Despite having a french grandmother, I speak barely any french myself. All I can say is 'Bonjour' 'Bonsoir' 'Oui' 'Merci' and 'Parlay'. Yes, POTC reference.

6) I have trust issues. I trust people, but I only trust a few with my greatest secrets and fears, enough to cry infront of them (coughI'mDeancough). I'm in a sharing mood, so I might as well share. I'll probably end up making said people cry, or feel guilty for not trusting me the same, or something or other, but don't worry. This aint some guilt trip, i'm just rambly and sharey tonight.

I trust the following people with my greatest secrets, fears, and probably my life (should the need come about):

Mum, dad, Maria, Johanna, and my dead cat Pumpkin.

congrats if you made the list. Sorry if you didnt. But dont feel upset, I do trust you, just...If I killed someone, Maria or Johanna is who I would call to help drag the body across the living room floor. They're my people.

7) I ramble to the point of confusion. As you can probably tell from all my answers from 1-6, I ramble a lot. This usually leads to me confusion people with the complicated-ness of my long rambles and explainations. Doesn't help that I speak a very Kimi-fied version of english. Kimlish. Or something.

8) I never cry infront of people. Sometimes. I've only ever cried infront of people (in the last five years) once. Not including my mum. To much to count for THAT! xP So yeah, I don't cry infront of people. I mention it, but dont do it. I don't like feeling weak (not that crying is a weakness, I just dont like feeling weak infront of my friends).

So that's it. Sorry if I bored you, or put you to sleep with my rambling (that happened tonight, actually, with Johanna...) and I hope that shed some light on...well..Me!

Whoops ><; So yes, I am in fact a big 17 year old now! I can't believe I didn't write a birthday post around my actual birthday ><;; Slacker!

But yeah, the party was awesome! =D Went bowling with all my besties! Maria, Jeni, Stacey, Johanna, Joanna, Kim, and Marissa and Jamie (who came up from Tauranga for my bday, w00t!)

Straight to business. I was in the car with my 'rents last night, out to get takeout for dinner, and I was telling them about Heroes - and telling Dad he needs to watch it with me. And Mum asked me to stop talking about it, cos it just went straight over her head. I asked her what was wrong with talking about something I love, and she said I was being a dreamer.

What's wrong with that?

Sure, living in a world where my world revolves around TV shows is a little weird, but I DO talk about other stuff...It's just not as exciting. And I mean, it's not like i'm going to go jump off a 15 storey building just to prove to someone I can fly (when in reality, I can't.)

Just...The way she said it, me being a dreamer, she made it sound like such a bad thing.

So..That sort of ends my little rant. If anyone has anything to say to that, like that I am a dreamer, or my parents were totally wrong, please go ahead. I need to hear it from a friend to actually take it into consideration that I could possibly be, in fact, a dreamer. xP

I'm reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally bored. It's Easter Sunday and nothing is open. Guh I wish I could've gone to Botany (the mall) yesterday, I have a need to look at clothes and shoes right now -_-

Two journal entries in a close span of time, this must be a record for me!

Well, cleaning is boring xP I had to go clean my mom's office today, though lucky for me the boredim pays - I get $60 every fortnight to clean her office, so that's a plus I suppose lol. Other then that my day has been INCREDIBLY boring. Hardly anyone has been online so I couldn't chat to anyone, and there was nothing exciting going on at the mall -__-; Dad ALMOST bought a new tv, but decided against it today.

Another plus! Heroes is on tonight, YAY! ....Hey, I guess I could watch that Pilot episode of Heroes I missed while I was on vacation..Whoops lol. But yes, Heroes is on tonight, whoot! Then Lost on Wednesday, the season 2 finale re-run of Grey's Anatomy on Thursday, then Supernatural and Smallville on Friday! My weeknights are SET!! ^___^

Another cool thing happening this week, i'm going to see Epic Movie with Joanna tomorrow. Don't know if it'll be any good, i'm not usually into spoof movies, but hey, it's time with Joey so it's all good =)

Yeah..Just going to sit around and wait for Maria to get online, might watch 'Playthings' from Supernatural as I wait xD
